Dr. Syed Habeeb

CEO and Director at ISBC

Dr. Syed Habeeb (Coach Habeeb) is the CEO and Director at Indian School of Business and Computing a premier college offering British Masters program in Bangalore. He is also an author, motivational speaker, and international leadership coach, and on the board of an IT Company, a startup social Enterprise in Bangalore and a School in Mangalore.

Habeeb conducts coaching, training and consultation engagements in India, UAE, Malaysia, Brunei, and KSA and has trained over 52,000 people till date including delegates from Emirates Airlines, Toyota, Saudi Consulate of Engineers, Govt. of Karnataka, CDOT, Govt. of India, AON, Astra Zeneca, Kanoo, BMTC, TCI, Cognizant, Maruthi Suzuki, Gems School, Indian International School, Kalemah Dubai Academy, Birla Management Academy, the University of West of Scotland-ISBC, St. Joseph’s College and Presidency College to name a few.

Habeeb has authored a globally launched self-help book titled “The Warrior Within You” that has received accolades and exceptional reviews on Amazon and many other platforms. His second book, which is yet to be titled, is under publishing and he is also currently writing his third book titled “Tie Your Camel”. All his books are tied to a social angle where a percentage of profits derived from his books are committed to “Ants2GiAnts” a youth empowerment initiative in the slums of Bangalore. He loves to work with the lesser privileged masses of society and is the founder trustee of the Bangalore based NGO “The United Foundation”.

Habeeb has been covered on TV for youth empowerment; his view covered in the Economic Times daily in Bangalore. He has also delivered talks on FM Radio Malaysia on Effective Parenting and FM Radio Bangalore apart from being covered in many regional newspapers.

Prof. Manisha Nayar

Prof. Manisha Nayar has a total of 25 years of Experience, 11 years in dealer Sales, Business to Business Sales and Marketing in an organization like Fujitsu, ICIM and Garware. In addition to that, she has experience in Classroom and Corporate training in MIS Sparta (NIIT Ltd). She has been in academics for 14 years with a focus on areas of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Service Marketing, Sales Management, Strategy, and International Business.

Prof. Naini Jain

Prof. Naini Jain is a Dynamic Instructor and thought leader focused on taking the course in Micro & Macro Economics, Managerial Economics, Business Statistics and Principles of Management for both UG & PG students. She is an economist with MBA and UGC Net Qualified. She has more than 8 years of teaching experience with strong focus on courses in managerial economics, financial management and research methodology in various colleges.

Prof. Rekha

Prof. Rekha a Leadership Coach holding a Professional Certified Coach certification from ICF. She comes with 35 years of rich wholistic experience as a Business Head, HR Head and Academician. She has spent 20 plus years in senior leadership roles including as a partner in a startup software firm. During this time she had coached/mentored and developed 100+ leaders towards business, professional and personal goals. She has 4000+ hours of coaching experience. Part of this experience was also from working as a leader in Landmark Education - a non-profit organization that delivers ontological transformational education.

Abdul Razzak N A

Abdul Razzak N A Training & HR Professional with over 15 years of experience in the areas of Training & Development Employee Engagement, compensation and benefits, Statutory Compliances, policies and programs. He has been instrumental in setting up procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and Human Resources Information on Systems (HRIS).

Dr. Sharma

Dr. Sharma is a mathematician with a Ph.D. from the University of Pune. He comes from the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) where he served over 35 years as a scientist in its different laboratories/establishments manning different positions. After superannuating from DRDO, he moved to the field of academics and has delivered courses in mathematics, statistics, and operations research of various universities, including some foreign universities at Bangalore Management Academy. Currently, He is a Visiting Professor at ISBC where he teaches Quantitative Techniques.

Dr. K.S. Gupta Ph.D.

DR. K.S. GUPTA Ph.D. (IIT Bombay), MBA, ME, C Eng (I), FIE, LMISTD, Director & Foreign Quality Expert in Higher Education, KSG Center for Quality Minds (KSGCQM), Bangalore. Having 47 plus years of experience in Aircraft Industry in different functions, Managing Training and Development Centre (HAL Management Academy), Management Teaching, Research and Managing and Administration of B-Schools, Guiding M Phil and PhD Scholars, conducting MDPs, EDPs and FDPs in development skills and Reprogramming of Minds with strongly working and advocating for quality improvement in Management Education. It also contributes to professional development through Pioneer leading institutions like IIMs (Bangalore, Lucknow, and Kozhikode) and IITs, EDPUP, universities in India and Bangladesh.

Dr. K.S. Gupta Ph.D.

Prof. Annella D’Souza is an academician with close to 20 years experience in the field of higher education. She is a Master’s in Commerce and has been a Certified Hospitality Educator from the Educational Institute of American Hotel and Lodging Association, University of Michigan. She has taught Accounting and Finance modules to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of various colleges affiliated to Mangalore and Bangalore University including Christ University. Ms. D’Souza also brings with her rich experience of liaising with International Universities like the Edith Cowan University (Perth), Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (Malaysia). She is currently a Corporate Trainer and Part Time Faculty in Management Studies.

Prof. Chimnay Bhat K

Prof. Chimnay Bhat K is a passionate intrapreneur for a software services startup. He always keeps himself grounded to understand new generation expectations from college and industry to help them make employable. He does have hands-on experience in project management, program management, business development and operations for the last 8 years of his career. He has teaching experience in Dynamic Web Application, Web programming, etc.
